Tara Rebel, owner of Rebel Aesthetic Academy, is an American Academy of Micropigmentation, New Jersey certified, insured expert in SMP (scalp micropigmentation) and permanent cosmetic tattooist who originally started with microblading. Tara has worked in and grown up in beauty salons since a very early age. She now specializes in natural looking SMP, permanent cosmetics and correction work. Tara is also a Platinum level AAM trainer/instructor. Do you offer both permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation?
Yes. Our permanent makeup services cover eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, freckles and beauty marks, plus correction work and camouflage for scars and stretch marks. We also offer scalp micropigmentation, and Tara Rebel teaches both subjects in our training programs. Each treatment has its own page with an overview and common questions.
Can I see real client results before I book?
Yes. Our permanent makeup results and scalp micropigmentation results pages show photos of real Rebel Aesthetic clients, and we share new work on Instagram. If you would like to talk about your own goals, a consultation is the best place to start, and we will tell you honestly what we think is possible.
Where can I read pre-care and aftercare instructions?
We publish separate care pages for permanent makeup and for scalp micropigmentation. They explain how to prepare for your appointment and how to look after the treated area while it heals. Please read the one that matches your treatment before you come in, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Do you offer training for new permanent makeup or SMP artists?
Yes. Tara Rebel, an AAM Platinum Certified trainer, teaches permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation training using the Micropigmentation Educators curriculum. We also offer a permanent makeup apprenticeship for artists who need supervised procedures for New Jersey. Visit the training pages for details on each program.
Where is the studio, and do I need an appointment?
Rebel Aesthetic is at 825 Rt. 73 North (Suite C), Marlton/Evesham, NJ 08053, in Greentree Executive Commons. We directly face the Whole Foods Plaza. Treatments are by appointment only, so please book online or call (856) 242-1100 before you visit.
